We are pleased to share with you that we have renewed our IFS FOOD certification for another year. We put a lot of effort into maintaining quality as one of the pillars of Doscadesa. That is why we strive to be a little better every day and offer quality products and services that best meet the needs of our customers. The IFS FOOD is currently in its version 7 and the audit requirements are organized into six sections:

• Management commitment to support the food safety culture and quality assurance policy.
• Food safety and quality management system necessary to meet legal requirements for food safety and customer specifications.
• Company resource management to ensure product safety.
• Optimized operational processes for the manufacture of safe and quality products according to customer specifications.
• Measurements, analysis, and improvements through process validation and management of complaints and corrective actions.
• Food Defense plan focused on protecting the integrity of the company and the products manufactured.

   

 Therefore, once audited and approved with a score of 94.55%, we can guarantee:

• The safety and quality of the food products we manufacture and market.
• That both our suppliers and ourselves have implemented the appropriate measures throughout the production process and operate in accordance with food quality and safety requirements.
