Each of our formulations is designed with our own paprika, enabling us to achieve any colour scale and flavour notes, making possible the curing in a curing room, with or without heating beforehand or in cold curing room.

FEATURES

  • With or without salt.
  • Colours: different colour scales.
  • With or without colourings.
  • Typical seasoning: sweet and/or smoked paprika, oregano, pepper, etc.
  • Manufacture of different diameters from 38 up to 100.
  • With or without allergens.

DOSAGE

  • From 40 to 100 g per kilo of meat.
