Each of our formulations is designed with our own paprika, enabling us to achieve any colour scale and depth and flavour notes.

- Colour: differing colour scales including white chorizos.
- With or without colouring.
- Typical seasoning: sweet and/or smoked paprika, garlic, oregano, aromatic herbs, etc.
- With or without allergens.
DOSAGE
- From 30 to 60 g per kilo of meat.
