We present formulations with varying colour scales, different seasonings and, if required, with a cured / matured appearance. The range includes products designed specifically to use in pizzas, to prevent the product from burning or shrinking during the oven cooking process.

  • With or without allergens.

DOSAGE

  • From 40 to 70 g per kilo of meat.
