COOKED SALAMI

We present formulations to make cooked or semi-cooked salami. They include products designed specifically to use in pizzas, to prevent the product from burning or shrinking during the oven cooking process.

FEATURES

  • With or without salt.
  • Colours: different colour scales.
  • Typical seasoning: smoked, pepper, nutmeg, varying degrees of spiciness and acidity, etc.

DOSAGE

  • From 38 to 75 g per kilo of meat.
